These terms and conditions grant the user (“Subscriber” aka “Diocese of Lafayette, LA and all of its affiliated entities, including but not limited to parishes, schools, diocesan offices, ministries, and religious educators”) the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view, download, and share content from the shared content area only area for non-commercial, catechetical, and pastoral purposes.

2. Permitted Uses

Under these terms, the “Subscriber” may:

View and read the content for personal enjoyment and inspiration, educational purposes, evangelical purposes, church/parish use.

Share the content digitally with friends, family and parishioners through parish/school websites, emails, direct messaging and presentation software. NOTE: If sharing via social media, please share it only by use of posting our website and/or our facebook page links or blog links. Also, make sure not to post any comics until the drop on our facebook page. Thank you.

Since our subscription is free, it is encouraged to share our website with family and friends so they can become free subscribers in which our apostolate can grow and reach as many people as possible. Print and distribute the comic strip and associated materials in the member area provided to you in bulletins, newsletters, and classrooms.

3. Prohibited Uses for All Subscribers

The “Subscriber” may not:

Reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display the content for commercial purposes or any other means that will include financial gain due to use of the content provided by iBelieve.media, L.L.C.

Sell or license the content, or use it in any product or merchandise

Use the content as part of advertising, marketing, or brand promotion

Claim the content as their own or remove any author/creator credits

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including characters, art, writing, and reflections, etc. is the intellectual property of iBelieve.Media, L.L.C. All rights not expressly granted in these terms of use are reserved.

5. Termination

This “Subscriber” is automatically terminated if the “Subscriber” breaches any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, the “Subscriber” must cease use and delete any copies in their possession.

6. Disclaimer

This content is provided “as is.” iBelieve.Media, L.L.C. makes no guarantees about its suitability for any particular purpose.
